Store Overview

Come to Discount Tire on the south side of San Antonio for your rims and tires. We are located at Southwest Military Drive (Route 13) and Logwood Avenue, just off of the South Pan American Expressway (I-35).

Stop by for a complimentary air pressure check and inspection at your convenience! We have plenty of parking in the back of the store and it is easy for large vehicles and trailers to maneuver in and out of our parking lot.

We have seven service bays with friendly experts waiting to service your vehicle. We’ll quickly get you back on the road. Our services include wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair.

Watch us service your vehicle from the waiting area in our showroom, where you can take advantage of free Wi-Fi. Hungry? We are walking distance from Denny’s, Carl’s Jr, Starbucks, Arby’s, 210 Sports Cantina, and others. For entertainment, check out Santikos Entertainment Mayan Palace movie theater. Also, we are just across the interstate from the South Park Mall.

Walk-ins are welcome or schedule an appointment at a time just for you.

Joey is awesome! I've had to purchase tires for two vehicles recently and I was advised to contact Joey at the Discount Tire store on SW Military Dr. and I'm glad I did! Joey listened to what I needed and was able to advise me about a better tire than I was considering and I'm very thankful! I'm confident in the safety of the tires and they look great! Employees, Robert, Anthony and Eunice were very helpful and showed concern for my safety. I did notice that in the past, the store had water for customers and I didn’t see any water this time. I also heard another customer comment on no water as the store used to provide.

Techs had music too load loosing focus on duties, if a tech is having issues with a tool not fitting correctly, they would not have to dr I ve a socket on to a lugnut to try to remove, also paying attention to the job at hand if techs were trained to use the correct tool for the job they would not issues with torquing lugnuts,especially after wheels have been off and torque to the factory specs,prior visiting this particular store
